FLAZ brings technical services, maintenance and renovation together under one accountable team, so property owners and managers deal with one contact instead of many contractors.
Who we are
One team. One point of accountability.
Most property work involves several trades — air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry and painting. Normally that means several contractors, several quotations and an owner left to coordinate them.
FLAZ is built the other way round. We survey the property, define the scope across disciplines and manage the work through a named project manager. The same team can then maintain what it has built or repaired, under an Annual Maintenance Contract or on a call-out basis.
We are based in Dubai, with our office at Al Barsha Business Center, and work with villa owners, apartment owners, landlords, property managers and commercial occupiers.

Every Flaz project follows the same four-stage process — so you always know what happens next, who is responsible, and where your project stands.

Survey & scoping
We visit the site, assess the full scope, and produce a detailed written quotation — the price and scope are set out in writing before work starts.

Dedicated oversight
Each project has a named project manager as your point of contact.

Live progress updates
Weekly photo reports and progress calls so you always know exactly where your project stands — whether you're on site or overseas.
- 04
Clean handover
A final walkthrough, snag list cleared, and all documentation handed over. Any outstanding items are recorded and agreed with you at handover.
