What matters in practice
Surface preparation matters
Film and vinyl adhere best to clean, dry, flat surfaces. Checking the glass or wall first avoids bubbles, lifting edges and visible joins.
Provide artwork early
Logos and graphics are cut to size, so supplying clear artwork and agreeing dimensions before installation keeps the programme moving.
Building approvals for signage
Signage and shopfront branding can need approval from the landlord or building management. We raise this during the survey.

How vinyl and film work is delivered

Survey & scoping
We inspect the glass, walls or floors, agree the materials and artwork, and take measurements. We confirm what is in scope, what is not, and record it in a written quotation before work begins.

Dedicated oversight
A named project manager coordinates the trades involved, so you deal with one person rather than several contractors.
- 03
Live progress updates
You are kept informed as work progresses, with photo reports and calls — useful if you are away from Dubai.
- 04
Clean handover
Installed work is checked against the agreed specification, snags cleared and surfaces left clean.

Frequently asked questions
Can you install film or vinyl in a single room or shop?
Yes. We carry out standalone installations as well as work within a larger fit-out or renovation.
Do you supply the materials?
We can supply and install, or work with materials you or your designer specify. This is agreed in the written quotation.
Do I need approval for shopfront branding or signage?
Often yes — landlords and building management commonly have requirements for signage and exterior graphics. We identify these at the survey stage; approvals are issued by the relevant party and are not guaranteed.
